1.What is your turn around time?
Two weeks after artwork approval is our normal turn around time for most promotional products, but we are able to expedite turn around time with an applied rush charge. Rush charges vary with promotional products based on the process needed to print them.
2.What file type does my art need to be in?
We need "vectored" files, either an Adobe Illustrator file (.ai) or an .eps file to print on most of our promotional items. When dealing with T-shirts we can also accept .jpg, .jpeg, .gif, .png, .tiff, .pdf, or .psd, these are known as rasterized file types and given the proper resolution, 300 dpi or higher, can still render quality imprints. However, for all promotional products print processes, the .ai or .eps file type are preferred, as they gaurantee the highest level of print quality.
3.Is there a minimum order of promotional products?
On most promotional products, there are no minimums, however, price is dictated by quantity. The higher the quantity of the order, the lower the per piece cost. We are proud to be able to offer some of the lowest prices in the promotional product industry, so if you can find a better price, chances are you'll be sacrificing quality.
4.How do I know what promotional product is right for my market?

5.Do you have set-up fees?
There are many different processes used to imprint promotional products, many of these processes do require set-up fees, however many do not. Also, many of our printing processes only require a one-time set-up fee, which will not be charged the next time you order promotional products with the same artwork, using the same process.
